Western PA GM Dealerships Got a Facelift

Since 2009 Chevrolet dealerships across the country have been upgrading, updating, renovating, and erecting shiny new signs outside of their buildings. General Motors undertook a massive image transformation in an attempt to bring all of their 3,000+ dealerships up-to-date with a uniform look and enhance the customer experience. From the color scheme on the wall, to the specific size of the floor tile, to the hulking entry towers over the front door, all locations must adhere to the specific details provided by the General Motors initiative.

Franus Architectural Associates, Inc. has been involved in several of the western Pennsylvania Chevy dealership renovations, including locations in Beaver, Butler, Ellwood City, Grove City, Moon Township, and Mt. Pleasant. Throughout the past three years, we have become familiar with the substantial requirements outlined by General Motors and have developed working relationships with their preferred vendors. We are pleased to have been partnered with our local dealerships and to have guided them through this challenging, but exciting, process.

As the only GM dealership we designed that was completely new construction, Crivelli Chevrolet in Mt. Pleasant is putting the final touches on the new building. Take a look at the dealership's evolution in these photos (June 2013 through July 2014)...
